Dawson Creek police officers arrested a 39-year-old man on May 1, for 24 outstanding warrants in Alberta.
Allan Philips was located and taken into custody for 24 outstanding unendorsed warrants after police officers stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Highway 97 and Highway 52 North in Arras at approximately 8:30 am on May 1.
Allan currently has 11 charges of obtaining credit by fraud, seven charges of fraud under $5000, four charges of fraud over $5000, one count of failing to comply with a release document and one count of false pretense.
Multiple charges against Allan range all the way back to 2014, and although police applied to keep Allan in custody, he has been quickly released back into the Dawson Creek community.
