After an incident which took place on Saturday September 14, a 49-year-old male has been arrested and charged with uttering threats.
An individual is facing two counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm after an incident which took place on last Saturday.
According to a media release the Northern Rockies RCMP received a report of threats at a residence on the 4500 block of Nahanni Drive on September 14, where an individual allegedly entered the victim’s residence and threatened him.
According to the RCMP the victim and the second male fled to safety, both physically uninjured.
Members of the Northern Rockies RCMP and the Cariboo-Chilcotin Crime Reduction Unit responded to the report and apprehended a man and a woman without incident. Following this, a search warrant was executed at the suspects' residence.
“Police worked quickly to apprehend the suspect and secure the necessary evidence for charge approval,” said Staff Sergeant Kris Clark of the BC RCMP.
Christopher Hall has been charged with two counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. He was detained and was scheduled to appear in court on Monday, September 16 according to the media release.
